Peg Barringer
Partner, Director of Economic Development Consulting
Ms. Barringer has helped clients evaluate economic development opportunities and implement effective projects and programs that have created jobs, grown businesses and increased goods and services in more than 125 communities. She has conducted economic and financial analysis, market research, training, business planning and other services for government agencies, financial institutions, real estate developers and community based organizations. She has expertise in economic development program design, implementation and evaluation. For more than 25 years, she has consulted on a wide range of project types including: commercial real estate development, downtown & business district revitalization,  small business & microenterprise development, creative economy initiatives and a large array of customized research & analysis projects.  Ms. Barringer has been a faculty member at Tufts University since 1991 where she teaches in the Graduate Program of Urban Policy and Planning.  She has also designed and delivered training on a variety of economic development topics for many other institutions and organizations. Peg Barringer is a seasoned project manager, experienced with complex multi-site projects and large teams of staff & subcontractors.

Elaine Nickerson
Partner, Director of Affordable Housing Consulting
Elaine Nickerson has provided affordable housing consulting, training, management assessments, monitoring services and evaluations for real estate developers, non profit corporations, and government agencies in the US and abroad (in Ukraine and Russia). She has expertise in the development and management of rental property & homeownership projects, homebuyer assistance programs, tenant based rental assistance, housing rehabilitation, HUD Housing Quality Standards, M/WBE outreach and Section 3.  In addition, she is experienced in construction management, budget development and asset management. Ms. Nickerson has over 14 years of housing program monitoring experience and has managed large statewide contracts.

Lindsay Cohrs
Project Manager
Lindsay Cohrs has provided housing and community development planning services, affordable housing consulting, technical assistance, monitoring services and pre-development feasibility analyses for government, non-profit agencies and private organizations.  She has expertise in the development and management of rental and homeownership projects and has extensive experience in the administration of HUD programs including HOME, CDBG and ESG. Ms. Cohrs has experience conducting research, facilitating community input and developing written documents for comprehensive plans, housing needs assessments, tax credit applications, subsidy layering analyses, Consolidated Plans, Action Plans, and Environmental Reviews.

Olga Pitel
Project Manager
Olga Pitel has provided housing and community development services, monitoring, consulting and technical assistance for over twenty-five years. She has expertise in the areas of CDBG, Housing Rehabilitation and First Time Homebuyer programs. She also has worked on the Get the Lead Out Program and has served on local housing committee.

Maureen Kelly
Administrator
Maureen Kelly has had extensive administration and marketing support experience working in the real estate and computer industries over the last 30 years.  She is also a licensed Realtor.
